LITA.co is the pioneering platform for sustainable and civic investment in Europe. It allows everyone to invest their savings in financing the transition. From €100, individuals invest directly in companies developing innovative solutions to meet the major ecological and social challenges of our time. In almost 10 years of existence, more than 250 impact or transformation companies have been able to be financed at a strategic moment in their development.
A leading player in France, LITA.co is also a European player with a platform in Belgium.
Approved by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the company is also labeled ESUS (Socially Useful Solidarity Enterprise) and Finansol (FAIR).
Registration is completely free. Investment is open to anyone who is not an expert and the LITA.co team is at your disposal to assist you. To invest, in accordance with the regulations in force defined by the Financial Markets Authority, you must first complete your investor profile. The main information to provide is as follows:
- Your identity
- Your investment preferences and interests
- Your situation and your experiences or not in terms of investments
- Your identity and place of residence by uploading the requested documents (proof of identity and address)
The entire investment process is done digitally on LITA.co. You can invest directly in NOO, securely and easily. After completing your investor profile, simply follow the steps below:
- Read and accept the subscription conditions (detailed in the “FICI” key investment information sheet).
- Electronically sign legal documents (subscription form, shareholders' agreement if applicable). The LITA.co team is available at any time to support you and/or answer your questions, by phone, online chat, or email.
- At the close of the fundraising, you officially become an investor. All documents will remain accessible in your personal space.
The bond will be repaid to you and you can already know the interest you are receiving. This is a way to invest in a secure and predictable way.
During the first 3 years (i.e. 12 quarters) of the investment, you do not receive any reimbursement of the capital loaned, but receive interest quarterly.
From the 3rd year of the investment (i.e. from the 13th quarter), NOO will start to repay the amount invested until your entire investment is repaid. You will still receive interest, the amount of which will be decreasing according to the capital remaining to be repaid.
There is a risk of partial or total loss of the amounts invested as well as a risk of illiquidity, in the event of difficulty or even liquidation of the company.
